1. Return & Refund Policy

Return window: 14 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, scent‑free, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non‑returnable items: Final‑sale or clearance pieces, custom prints, gift cards, and mystery drops.

How to start a return:

  1. Email Jecreationsllc@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re sending back, and the reason.

  2. Send the items back to 2104 Shadow Creek Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs

 

Inspection & refunds: Returns are inspected within three business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges: Because our drops are limited, we can’t guarantee stock for exchanges. To secure a different size or style, place a new order immediately and return the original item for a refund.
