1. Return & Refund Policy

Return window: 14 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, scent‑free, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non‑returnable items: Final‑sale or clearance pieces, custom prints, gift cards, and mystery drops.

How to start a return:

  1. Email Jecreationsllc@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re sending back, and the reason.

  2. Send the items back to 2104 Shadow Creek Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs

 

Inspection & refunds: Returns are inspected within three business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges: Because our drops are limited, we can’t guarantee stock for exchanges. To secure a different size or style, place a new order immediately and return the original item for a refund.

2. Shipping Policy 

  1. Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment clears.

  2. Methods & Cost: We use USPS or UPS. Exact rates

  3. Delivery Windows: Depending on carrier 

  4. Tracking: You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package arrives to carrier also depends on carrier.

  5. Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address; we’re not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

  6. Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order is marked “Delivered” but missing, or arrives damaged, email jecreationsllc@outlook.com within 7 days. Recommended to file a claim through carrier. 

  7. International Duties & Taxes: Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

  8. Policy Updates: We may modify this policy without notice; the version on our site at checkout applies to your order.

3. Product Safety & Skin Comfort Disclaimer

 Use our soaps, apparel or products at your own risk; JE Creations LLC disclaims all responsibility for any injury, allergic reaction, property damage, or other loss that may arise from their use or misuse. Customers agree that JE Creations LLC will not reimburse or pay for medical costs, replacement items, or any other expenses connected to such incidents.
