JE Creations Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 12, 2025 

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using jecreations.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any products or services (“Products”) from JE Creations, LLC (“JE Creations,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy] and [Return & Refund Policy], which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By ordering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information & Medical Disclaimer

  1. Natural Ingredients. Our handmade soaps are crafted from natural ingredients. Individual results may vary.

  2. No Medical Treatment. JE Creations Products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for skin conditions or allergies before use.

  3. Allergies & Patch Tests. Always review the full ingredient list and perform a patch test 24 hours before first use. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for any allergic or adverse reactions.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal®, and other payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total order amount.

  • Sales Tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your shipping address.

5. Shipping; Title & Risk of Loss

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Please see our separate [Return & Refund Policy] for eligibility, procedures, and time limits.

7. Exclusive Membership (“JE VIP”)

  1. Enrollment. Customers may opt in to the JE VIP program for early access to product drops, limited-edition items, and exclusive discounts.

  2. Program Changes. Benefits, fees, and rules may change or be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

  3. Cancellation. You may cancel JE VIP at any time by emailing jecreationsllc@outlook.com. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and code—is owned by or licensed to JE Creations and protected under U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Content & Conduct

  • Content. If you post reviews, photos, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant JE Creations a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in any media.

  • Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:
    a. Violate any law or third-party right;
    b. Use the Site for fraudulent or harmful purposes;
    c. Transmit malware or unsolicited marketing;
    d. Impersonate any person or entity.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JE CREATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JE Creations, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your (a) use or misuse of the Site or Products; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) infringement of any third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Binding Arbitration. Except for claims within the jurisdiction of small-claims court, any dispute will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect 10 calendar days after posting the revised Terms or on the “Effective Date” shown, whichever is later. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
